I think I managed to capture to raw Avi, but at 65Gb per hour that¡¦s not an option. Its not a software problem but the device itself. Mostly the device froze the pc/program in a very similar way as you experienced. Mines up for grabs if any-ones interested. The little usb device comes with a usb driver and Video Studio 10, not the full version you understand, but enough to use the capture. Then spend a little more on something that works. I soon came to the conclusion that it was neither worth the effort or the money.Īt the time I was running XP, I have since changed to Vista, intending to try again, I cannot even install the usb driver for Easycap, so now its definitely a no no. The little usb device comes with a usb driver and Video Studio 10, not the full version you understand, but enough to use the capture. I was hoping to make my VHS capture a little easier and also run a few Easycap tests.
